FAQs

PAYMENT POLICY

10% deposit payable on confirmation of booking. (Deposit is non refundable). Balance on arrival must be paid directly to the property. Credit card imprint and identification may be required against any expenses incurred while staying at the property.

 CANCELLATION POLICY

24 hours cancellation notice must be given. Deposit paid is non refundable. If cancelled within 24 hours period, one night accommodation will be taken against credit card given.
